I've seen it cheaper... Will you match the price?

We believe in giving our customers excellent value for money and will always do our utmost to ensure that our prices are some of the best around. However, if you should happen to find a better price advertised by one of our competitors we will do our best to match it. The only criteria is that the item(s) must be identical and IN STOCK at the other store, and we must be able to verify the price. If we unable to match the price we will gladly offer an alternative with similar features.

Can I try the goods out before I buy?

We do not sell goods on a trial basis. If you are unsure about which product(s) would best suit your needs, please call our sale team for advice and guidance, or to arrange a full in-store demonstration of the item(s) you are interested in.

Whilst we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, which give online and mail order consumers a seven day "cooling off" period after making a purchase during which you can change you mind and cancel the purchase. This period of time is NOT for you to use and/or try out the goods for free. It is for you to change you mind in case you made a mistake and ordered the wrong goods, or feel that the goods you received are very different from how you perceived them to be.

Can I still buy if I live OUTSIDE of the UK?

We currently only ship to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles. We can arrange delivery of certain goods to the Channel Islands.
