How to OrderOrdering from discoSuperstore.co.uk couldn't be simpler!All you need to do is browse from our vast range of products using the menu on the lefthand side of the screen, and when you've selected an item that you'd like to order just click the "Add to Basket" button and it will be added to your virtual shopping cart. Before you click "Confirm" you will be given the option of ammending the quantity, should you wish to purchase more than one of the same item. You can view the contents of your virtual shopping cart at any time by clicking "Basket/Checkout" in the row of navigation buttons at the top of the screen. If you accidently close your browser window for any reason, or your computer crashes, you should in theory be able to retrieve your order by clicking "Basket/Checkout" and then "Retrieve". However this will not work if you have set your computer to remove all temp files and cookies when the browser is closed. Once you have finished shopping and are happy with the contents of your cart, click "Checkout Now" and you'll be asked to enter all your details, including payment and address. Your details will be uploaded to our fully-encrypted secure server and will only be held there until they are manually downloaded to our own shop PC (which is also firewall protected) to be processed. Shipping & HandlingCarriage is payable on all orders under £150. On all other orders carriage is calculated on a weight basis and will be displayed on screen before you process your payment.Goods will only be sent via a recorded service, and were possible will be sent same day (unless otherwise stated), as long as the order is completed before 3pm. Purchases of lightweight items, such as single cds, and lamps, now offer a choice in shipping methods when the total order weight is less then 300g (2 cds, or approx 10 lamps), the option is displayed at checkout and is between Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day before 1pm), or 1st Class Recorded (1-2 day delivery time). Although damage and loss to parcels is very rare, occassionaly it does happen. PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded only insures goods upto a value of £34, if your order exceds this value and you select this shipping method you will only be able to claim for loss or damage upto this value. Please bare this in mind when selecting shipping method. Stock levels depicted on the product pages are for a guide only. Returns PolicyIf you wish to change your mind on receipt of the goods, YOU MUST NOT USE THE ITEM OR EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGING, and you must inform us within seven days that you wish to cancel your purchase. The item(s) must be returned to us within seven days of cancelling the sale, and must be in 'A1' condition so that we are able to re-sell the item without having to discount due to damaged packaging or similar.It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. 'Proof of Posting' is NOT proof of delivery, so please ensure that you use a suitable delivery service to return the item(s). Please DO NOT use BROWN parcel tape or excessive labels when returning the item. As long as the item is returned to us in satisfactory condition we will refund the price you paid for the item(s), less any delivery costs, or offer a suitable exchange.
