Shipping & Handling

We believe that shipping and handling costs should be reasonable and simple, as such we have a simple 3 way shipping cost in place.

All orders under £40.00 incur a £2.95 Shipping and Handling Fee.
All orders over £40.00 and under £100.00 incur a £4.95 Shipping and Handling Fee.
All orders over £100.00 are shipped CARRIAGE FREE.

All orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 days, although delays may occur at busy times.

We do offer an Express Next Working Day Delivery Service at the cost of £8.95 for those of you requiring your items sooner (Fee payable regardless of Order Value)*.

*Please note this service is subject to stock availability. Orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure same day shipping.

All carriage costs are for UK MAINLAND only. Customers wishing to purchase from OFFSHORE areas must contact us before buying. Carriage will be higher then that shown on the site, and will be charged on these deliveries regardless of order value.

The following postcodes are classed as non mainland and incur extra delivery charges.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Usually Delivered Within 1-2 Working Days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Usually Delivered Next Working Day Before 1pm)
Parcelforce Worldwide (Usually Delivered Next Working Day Before 5:30pm)

Delivery times shown are from date of dispatch. Times stated above are supplied by their respective companies, and are outside of our control. We do not/can not accept responsibility for any delays in delivering your order, and any costs or problems incurred from this.

Returns Policy

If you wish to change your mind on receipt of the goods, YOU MUST NOT USE THE ITEM OR EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGING, and you must inform us within seven days that you wish to cancel your purchase. The item(s) must be returned to us within seven days of cancelling the sale, and must be in 'A1' condition so that we are able to re-sell the item without having to discount due to damaged packaging or similar.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely. 'Proof of Posting' is NOT proof of delivery, so please ensure that you use a suitable delivery service to return the item(s). Please DO NOT use BROWN parcel tape or excessive labels when returning the item. As long as the item is returned to us in satisfactory condition we will refund the price you paid for the item(s), less any delivery costs, or offer a suitable exchange.

We recommend you that wrap the item(s) to protect it/them in transit, and minimise any damage to the outer packaging. Failure to return the item in perfect condition may result in us being unable to refund the full value of the item, as the item would them have to be re-sold as 'B-Grade' stock. We are only able to give a full refund if the item(s) is/are returned to us in a suitable condition for re-sale as new.

Q: Can I try the goods before I buy?

A: We do not sell goods on a trial basis. If you are unsure about which product(s) would best suit your needs, please call our sale team for advice and guidance, or to arrange a full in-store demonstration of the item(s) you are interested in.

Whilst we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, which give online and mail order consumers a seven day "cooling off" period after making a purchase during which you can change you mind and cancel the purchase. This period of time is NOT for you to use and/or try out the goods for free. It is for you to change you mind in case you made a mistake and ordered the wrong goods, or feel that the goods you received are very different from how you perceived them to be.
